Nutrition is an essential part of triathlons.  In any distance race, your body needs the fuel to push farther and faster. GU provides us with quick and easy methods of refueling during and after our races and training sessions with their innovative nutritional supplements.

Located across Commonwealth Ave from BU’s student recreation center, Landry’s is our favorite local bike shop for products, bike fits, and bike tunes. They have a great range of bikes as well as a small selection of triathlon specific equipment. They also run the yearly Landry’s Indoor Time Trial in February.

Almost all of our athletes now race in Xterra wetsuits. Xterra makes a great range of wetsuits and speed suits. Wetsuits are crucial for most triathlons, especially those in the Northeast. Often the water temperature of our races can be in the low 50 degrees (F), and having a comfortable and warm wetsuit helps you come into T1 in the front pack and still being able to feel your limbs.

Asics has some of the best running shoes on the market today, and many of our athletes use Asics for both training and racing. Whether it is a light weight racing flat, training shoe, or a trail runner, Asics has a wide range of shoes to choose from.
